Off-site Delivery Model of Services
GEC offers 'Off-site' design and engineering services from its work facility in Mumbai, India. These services are relevant to projects where the plan of the project is well-defined in advance. These are also relevant in situations where the Client cannot provide for resources at his end and needs to outsource the work to a trustworthy partner. These off-site services are based on transparent and good understanding with the Client about the project specifications.
On-site Delivery Model of Services
GEC's 'on-site' services are meant for Client projects where there is team working on the project at the Client's end. GEC's staff works in close coordination with the Client team at their facilities. These services are pertinent to projects where the time-lines are stringent, especially in case of short-term projects, where GEC's presence along with the Client's team is of utmost necessity. These services, therefore, are offered to ease the coordination effort with the Client team by deploying resources at Client locations. For projects, where continuous interaction is necessary with the Client to meet scheduled timelines for deliverables, the 'on-site' delivery model works wonderfully well.

Hybrid Delivery Model of Services
This delivery model provides a flexible approach to Client engagement. Under this arrangement, GEC, in addition to the 'off-site' team already working on the project, deploys 'on-site' resources also. This is done mainly to address the dynamics of the work scenario at the Client site. The 'on-site' team acts as the coordinating link between the Client and the main 'off-site' team. This delivery model is suitable for long-drawn projects, where continuous sensitivity to the Client work requirements is necessary. This arrangement takes care of design changes of a smaller nature on the site itself. This model reaps the benefits of cost effectiveness of the 'off-site' model as well as proximity of on- site model.
